Position: SaaS Software Data Reviewer

Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $30–$37/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Analyze and interpret data generated from B2B SaaS tools (e.g., Slack, Linear, Salesforce) to identify insights relevant to employee or business workflows.
• Create high-quality prompts and corresponding responses based on real SaaS ticket content.
• Draft evaluation rubrics and documentation to guide AI behavior and performance review.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across multiple task outputs and guidelines.
• Reference and interpret platform data while maintaining clarity and context in deliverables.

Requirements

• Proficiency with task management, CRM, and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, Slack, Salesforce, Dynamics).
• Strong writing skills with attention to clarity and structure.
• Prior experience in prompt writing, data training, or technical documentation is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently in asynchronous environments.
• Comfortable following structured workflows and meeting deadlines.
