We’re expanding at Wellbeing Pharmacy and and looking for people who enjoy helping others, take pride in good service, and want to be part of a supportive, reliable team.

Whether you’re an experienced Qualified Dispenser or you’re ready to start fresh as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant, we’ll support you with great training and a friendly, ambitious team culture.

Role Options

1) Qualified Dispenser

2) Trainee Pharmacy Assistant

Location: Wellbeing Pharmacy, Cranbrook, EX5 7DR

Hours: 40 hours per week, with alternate Saturday cover

Salary:

£13.00 per hour (Qualified Dispenser)

Up to £12.50 per hour (Trainee Pharmacy Assistant)

Start date: Immediate

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm) with a 1-hour lunch break, plus Saturday cover from 9:00am–1:00pm, as required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting counter sales and stock replenishment
• Delivering excellent service at the counter and within the dispensary
• Serving patients with care, efficiency, and professionalism
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
• Contributing to pharmacy services and KPIs
• Using initiative to help resolve customer queries
• Comfortable with shift patterns and weekend working where required

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Dispenser:

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Tech-savvy with PMR systems

Trainee Pharmacy Assistant:

• Interest in healthcare and customer service
• Willingness to learn and develop on the job

For both roles:

• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Good attention to detail
• Calm, organised approach in a fast-paced setting
• Friendly communication and a genuine care for patients
