Founded by husband and wife duo James and Rebecca French, our pasta is made daily using only the best ingredients. Our efficient subscription model and ecommerce foundations allow us to serve customers both in London and nationwide, ensuring minimal wastage while maximizing food quality.

Role Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand in London, engaging directly with potential customers in high-traffic areas, events, and pop-up activations. Your role will focus on delivering memorable brand experiences, handing out samples, driving subscriptions to our platform, and building excitement around our fresh pasta products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Engage with the public, share our story, and clearly communicate the benefits of our service.
• Provide samples to passers-by and encourage trial.
• Drive sign-ups to our pasta delivery platform using tablets or QR codes.
• Set up and manage branded bicycles, stands, and sampling stations.
• Collect customer feedback to help improve product and brand experience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver activations in line with brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing presentation at all times.

Requirements:

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching and engaging with new people.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (weekends and evenings included).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Previous experience in promotions, sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
