Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join the Project team in the North-East. You will be responsible for developing and managing the TENs subcontracts team on-site and will report into the Site Subcontracts Manager.
About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
- Manage awarded Construction & EPC Subcontracts, principally under NEC4 framework,
- Prepares the amendments to the Subcontracts,
- Receive and replies to all Subcontractor's letters,
- Make sure that the contractual provisions included in Subcontracts are complied with by the construction site team,
- Prepare and send out Calls For Bid, negotiate, prepare and award local Subcontracts and he ensures the application of Compliance requirements,
- Follow-up, manage Variation requests issued by Subcontractors and evaluate their contractual and financial entitlement according to the procedure set up in the construction guide document,
- Follow-up, manage Variation requests initiated by TENs,
- Formalise settlement of disputes or disagreement to ensure TENs contractual protection until work completion,
- Ensure collection and consolidation of the information required for completion and for closure of subcontracts without disputes after work completion.
- Accurate weekly reporting on project subcontract matters to key project stakeholders.
- Ongoing coordination with both our partners and client, to provide a collaborative, harmonious and consolidated basis for the project.

- Extensive experience in the management of subcontracts on complex construction projects, with specific focus on NEC4.

- Ability to quickly immerse yourself in sometimes technical and complex subjects and organizations.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite of tools
