A Fast-Growing Global Fitness Brand Is Launching in the UK — And Hiring Its First Senior Financial Controller

One of North America’s fastest-growing fitness brands is expanding into the UK after a huge year across Europe. With rapid growth ahead, the business is building its UK operations from the ground up — and we’re hiring a founding Senior Financial Controller to lead the charge.

What You’ll Lead

• Build a scalable, best-in-class UK finance function from scratch
• Implement systems, controls & reporting for a £20m+ operation
• Own budgeting, forecasting & commercial modelling
• Drive UK GAAP/IFRS compliance, tax, audits & statutory filings
• Partner closely with global leadership and integrate into US reporting
• Support European scaling with multi-entity structures & reporting frameworks

We’re Looking For

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (Big 4 strongly welcomed)
• 7–10 years PQE in growth, multi-entity or international environments
• Proven ability to build or scale finance teams
• Strong commercial mindset with hands-on leadership
• NetSuite or Shopify experience highly advantageous
• Experience in fitness, wellness, consumer or D2C sectors is a bonus
