About the Role


The Digital Delivery Optimisation Specialist coordinates digital change across AI, the myAdvantis portal, digital journeys, and customer communications. The role ensures digital changes are delivered through clear planning, strong testing, structured governance, and alignment with client and operational requirements.



Responsibilities


  • Coordinate delivery of AI use cases across voice, messaging, and email channels.
  • Work with the Debt Stream portal provider to deliver portal improvements and digital enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans, sequencing work, managing milestones, and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate activity across vendors, Operations, Client Services, and internal teams.
  • Lead UAT and go-live readiness for digital changes.
  • Review digital MI and customer behaviour to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Refine digital journeys and communications (wording, tone, flow, navigation).
  • Produce requirements, user flows, communications drafts, test evidence, and deployment documentation.
  • Ensure all digital changes align with client requirements and operational needs.
  • Track benefits and lessons learned across digital initiatives.



Qualifications


Experience in digital delivery, customer journeys, communications, or operations. Understanding of project coordination or delivery planning.



Required Skills


  • Strong organisational and planning capability.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.
  • Understanding of customer behaviour and digital experience design.
  • Experience of Digital Analytics Tools (Desirable).
