The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end mortgage process from initial decision in principle up to mortgage completion. They will gather and process all documentation and ensure compliance with our policy and standards.

Responsibilities

• Review each file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting
• Submit decision requests and applications to lenders
• Manage the application process through our mortgage software system
• Ensure that service standards, communication standards and deadlines are met

What You Need:

• An understanding of mortgages
• Previous administration experience
• Strong computer and technical skills
