Interim People Partner – Marketing Group

9-Month Maternity Cover

£50,000–£55,000

Central London | Hybrid: 3 office days / 2 WFH

Start: February 2026

A dynamic, global marketing and creative group has an opportunity for an Interim People Partner to support a diverse portfolio of agencies during a maternity leave period. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple stakeholders in a creative, entrepreneurial environment.

Reporting into the Group People Director, you will operate as a trusted partner to several agencies within the group, providing end-to-end HR support. You’ll work within a collaborative central People team while flexing across different P&Ls, each with unique cultures, maturity levels, and HR needs.

Key focus areas include:

• Managing employee relations, performance issues, restructures, and general employment law queries
• Supporting ongoing people initiatives, including HRIS optimisation, automation, and performance management improvements
• Helping drive consistency across the group while respecting the individuality of each business
• Contributing to L&D, benefits review and broader people-experience projects

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Strong, hands-on HR generalist experience
• Solid ER and UK employment law expertise
• Experience working in creative, marketing, media or agency-led environments
• Comfort operating in a matrix or group structure
• Flexibility, pragmatism and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
