The Peninsula London is pleased to announce that we are seeking Casual F&B Attendants (zero hour contract) to support across our different Food & Beverage outlets/ Restaurants with all activities pertaining to the successful set-up and service.

Key Accountabilities

• Ability to set up events including checking the physical layout of the room and delivering an event to the agreed standards.
• Ability to introduce and communicate directly to individual hosts, reviewing details and making themselves accessible to the host for any need that may arise.
• Handle, or relay to managers all feedback and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests.
  
  

General Requirements

• Possess a good knowledge of food and beverage with a strong understanding, passion, and experience within F&B preferred.
• Good communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
• Flexibility and capability of working under pressure.
