The Role
For one of our high-profile Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients in Leeds, we are seeking a Talent Advisor.
This is a critical hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to be based in Leeds and commit to working in the client office 50% per week. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high volume campaigns, ensuring the governance of processes, setting up/updating trackers and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Key stakeholder management and engagement
- Effectively managing requisitions while managing stakeholder expectations
- Closely cooperating with our sourcing team to fill in roles
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment process
- Effectively managing and utilizing applicant tracking systems
- Cooperationg with sourcing GBS team
What you will need to bring
- Strong previous end to end experience in recruitment, MSP or temp agency background would do well in this role
- Experience with volume hires - 300+ FTEs per year
- Ability to start in mid-January 2026
- Commitment to a hybrid model, working from the client office in Leeds a minimum of 50% per week and being open to visit 1 per month other client offices
- Previous client management experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Can-do attitude
- Speaking English fluently
