Join Our Team as a Marketing Speaker and Panels Coordinator at Foster + Partners

About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Speaker & Panels Coordinator to help amplify Foster + Partners’ presence on the global stage. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, senior leaders, and the communications team, you’ll play a key role in positioning the practice as a thought leader across our priority markets.

In this dynamic role, you'll identify and manage high value external engagement opportunities, coordinate speaker participation, and ensure our brand is represented consistently and powerfully across international platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Spot and recommend influential speaking and panel opportunities across owned, partner, and external events to strengthen brand visibility and support business development goals.
• Coordinate attendance at global events, managing end-to-end tracking, approvals, feedback, and database maintenance.
• Deliver clear analysis of event effectiveness through impact reporting, competitor insights, campaign tracking, and market activity evaluations.
• Oversee speaker logistics to ensure smooth, professional participation.
• Work with the marketing team to prepare high-quality event collateral bios, photography, video and manage the distribution of brochures, QR codes, microsites, and digital business cards.
• Identify opportunities for knowledge sharing and support the creation of thought leadership campaigns.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of Foster + Partners-led events (online and in person), connecting with clients and partners alongside the Capture Team.
• Coordinate Open House London and global outreach programmes, including scheduling, VIP lists, invitations, and event-tracking systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience relevant to the responsibilities above, ideally with exposure to architecture, design or the built environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and polished written English.
• Strong interpersonal abilities confident working independently and collaboratively with teams at all levels.
• Highly organised, meticulous, and calm under pressure.
• A discreet and professional approach to sensitive information.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks.
