We’re seeking a future team member for the role of FX Client Service Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join our EMEA FX Operations team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- This role is essential in enhancing our client service operations by leveraging data analytics to provide insightful reporting. As a member of our team, you will collaborate closely with client services, risk management, and other key departments to ensure a high level of service for our clients
- Proficiency in Alteryx, PowerBI, and advanced Excel, with experience in data visualization and management.
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to produce high quality documentation including business requirements, technical specifications, procedure documents and process flows.
- Interact with internal clients to resolve day-to-day issues related to their Data Delivery reports and file transmissions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Commitment to our company values of integrity, excellence, and client focus.
- Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Sel-motivated problem solver.
