What we’re looking for:


We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive a range of integrations and infrastructure projects across our business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being technically hands on, while also taking ownership of project delivery.


You’ll play a key role in connecting our warehouse system integrations, online marketplace, and e-commerce website, ensuring smooth data and process integration across all systems. You’ll also support the transition to a new ERP system, working closely with the chosen vendor to deliver a successful implementation.


An understanding of SQL database data querying, and exposure to Power BI report writing as these will underpin the company’s data reporting and insights.



Responsibilities:


  • Lead technical delivery across system integration projects (warehouses, website, marketplace).
  • Support the rollout of a new ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract data for reporting and analysis.
  • Build and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure technical requirements are met.


About You:


  • Proven experience as an IT Technical Lead or similar hands-on technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and marketplace integrations.
  • Knowledge of Mirakl software
  • Experience with working with Mintsoft
