Job Summary

We are looking for a Services Account Representative (SAR) who will be the main customer contact for operational services business matters.

Offering quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction.

A SAR covers several customers and works within Key accounts in close collaboration with the Services Key Account Managers and Services Sales Managers.

 

You will be based in either Paddington, Lund or Helsinki.

What you will do

As a Services Account Representative you will:

 

  • Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and re-building kits
  • Lead customer enquiries; Responding and channelling it into the organisation as required
  • Participate and coordinate service contract fulfilment and non-contract events and follow-up, Managing service scheduling conflicts and scope fulfilment and/or variations
  • Participate with input to the preparation of the sales strategy including Services Key Account Plans, by using internal and external data sources
  • Participate in customer relations from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication
  • Participate in analysis and follow up customer satisfaction results together with Services functions
  • Lead administration of sales opportunities based on customer information, together with Services Key Account Managers and Services Sales Managers


Profile description:

We believe you have
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in administration, across boundaries is preferred
  • Strong productive focus
  • Demonstrated exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Proven record of process implementation, discipline and organisational agility
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Strong continuous improvement focus
  • Preferred but not essential: University Bachelor in technical/business disciplines or equivalent
