Customer Service Representative – Finance

Surrey

9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

£26,000 starting salary + bonuses

Office-based, hybrid after probation

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to a friendly team in Surrey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and online with professionalism and accuracy
  • Administering mortgage accounts (completions, payments, transfers, amendments)
  • Managing accounts, including opening, closing, and transfers
  • Preparing letters and responding to enquiries
  • Performing cashiering duties and supporting internet account processes


What you’ll bring:

  • A logical, analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
  • IT literacy and eagerness to learn
  • Experience in customer service (financial services experience is a bonus!)
