Location: Flexible – Home-based / Office-based / Hybrid

Job Type: Full-Time, Employed Position

Basic £30,000 + commission - OTE upto £100,000 uncapped

We are seeking a Protection Specialist Advisor to join our team and help clients secure bespoke protection solutions for their families and businesses. If you share our commitment to doing the right thing for customers, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive protection advice to a diverse client base.
• Assess personal circumstances to recommend suitable protection products.
• Stay up-to-date with the protection market and maintain CPD.
• Deliver tailored advice with impeccable attention to detail.
• Achieve business targets while maintaining compliance standards.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Protection Advisor with a strong sales track record.
• Solid understanding of financial and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Resilient, positive, and motivated attitude.
• Existing client bank is advantageous but leads are provided
