Compliance Officer

Job description

One Ten Associates are partnering with two Hedge Funds which are both seeking experienced Compliance Officer's to join their London office.

Both positions are similar in nature; the role of the Compliance Officer will be to take ownership of the compliance function day-to-day, with the support of the General Counsel.

One position will be to take on the SMF16/17 functions within the first few months, whereas the other position will offer progression into the SMF functions within the first 6-12 months (or an agreed time frame).

You'll be expected to provide coverage across both FCA and SEC regulated activities, therefore UK and US regulatory knowledge having worked within a Hedge Fund is essential.

We are ideally seeking candidates with circa 6 to 10+ years hedge fund compliance experience. The ideal profile will be looking to step up into a compliance lead role, having worked as a Deputy Head elsewhere or holding a senior compliance position.
