Are you a fluent French-speaking M&A professional with a strong track record in sell-side execution within Industrials or Business Services within the French market? This is a unique opportunity to join a growing global investment bank with a highly respected team and outstanding deal flow.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the execution of Industrials & Services M&A transactions (sell-side focus).
• Support on advisory and capital raising mandates.
• Build and present financial models, valuations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate business due diligence and transaction workstreams.
• Contribute to business development and origination alongside senior bankers.
• Manage and coach junior team members, ensuring top-quality output.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years’ M&A experience (Investment Bank, Boutique, or Big 4 Corporate Finance/M&A).
• Proven track record in French mid-market M&A sell-side execution.
• Fluent French speaker (essential).
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Commercial knowledge of the Industrials or Business Services sector.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
