QC/ Quality Checker

Konexo Financial Services | Multiple Projects | Mostly Remote

Konexo Financial Services is building its bench of experienced QC's for multiple upcoming motor finance redress, complaints and regulatory conduct programmes. We’re looking for detail-driven quality specialists who can assess case accuracy, provide clear feedback and support strong customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Completing QC reviews across motor-finance, complaints and redress work

• Checking case decisions, documentation and rationale against policy and regulatory standards

• Providing clear, constructive feedback to Case Handlers

• Identifying trends, errors and opportunities for improved consistency

• Supporting MI, quality reporting and internal controls

• Working with SMEs and operational leads to strengthen delivery quality

What we’re looking for:

• Strong QC / QA experience in complaints, redress or regulatory conduct

• Excellent attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to interpret policy, guidance and regulatory requirements

• Confident communicating feedback and supporting quality improvements

• Experience in motor finance or FCA-regulated environments is beneficial

Project details:

• Multiple projects mobilising

• Mostly fully remote roles

• All roles will be on a daily rate contract basis, lengths varied (depending on individual project)
