What We’re Looking For
We want to connect with Project Leads who demonstrate expertise in a broad range of core skills and experience, including but not limited to:


  • Proven experience leading complex projects or change initiatives in a matrix environment.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent team management and coordination skills.
  • High learning agility and a consulting mindset – comfortable with ambiguity and adept at problem-solving.
  • Ability to build networks quickly and manage relationships across organizational boundaries.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong decision-making capability.
  • Experience in global organizations and working across multiple functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

 


What You Might Be Doing


As a Project Lead at GSK, you could get involved with:


 


  • Leading and shaping strategic projects from initial design through to successful delivery and transition to business-as-usual.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies to ensure alignment, accountability, and clear ownership of deliverables.
  • Creating and maintaining robust project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, risk management, and performance tracking.
  • Fostering collaboration and engagement, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication across diverse teams.
  • Driving problem-solving and decision-making, navigating ambiguity and overcoming obstacles to achieve project goals.
  • Ensuring smooth project closure, capturing lessons learned and embedding sustainable solutions.
