Job description
We are working with a leading buy side outfit on a search for an experienced private funds lawyer. This will be to come in and assist with a maternity leave cover for a 12 month duration. January/February 2026 ideal start.
Ideal experience:
- Senior experience gained at a top tier law firm in Funds/Investment management
- Experience with private equity funds, private credit or real assets.
Day to day:
- Fund raising; assisting with advice on fund structure and drafting fund documentation
- Assisting with various investment team divisions
- Assisting with general regulatory work
- Assist junior colleagues in team
