Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience in the human resources field. They must be proficient in onboarding new employees, managing necessary background checks, and providing ongoing support throughout the employee lifecycle. This candidate will work closely with management to deliver training programs and develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business unit and proactively identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness through organizational design, team structure, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership and teams to strengthen working relationships, boost morale, foster a positive culture, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Analyze people-related data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.
  • Present data and analytics in a clear and meaningful manner to support business decision-making.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure the effective implementation of all People programs within the business unit.
  • Administer organization-wide initiatives such as performance reviews, rewards, and recognition schemes.
  • Participate in the design and execution of the HR Strategic Business Plan.
  • Design and implement annual employee engagement programs that extend to employees’ families, alumni, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee HR operational activities, including MIS, reporting, and payroll inputs.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and introduce innovative HR programs to establish thought leadership in the field.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of professional HR experience. Experience in the e-commerce retail industry and within a dynamic international environment in the UK is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven experience in onboarding and managing a broad range of HR responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with UK labor laws and HR best practices is preferred.
