About the Role

We are looking for a Beauty Influencer / Lead Creator to join our EMEA team and work as part of an embedded partnership between our agency and a major global beauty brand. This role is a key contributor to a new social content initiative designed to elevate and expand organic content across multiple social platforms.

Based in London, the Lead Creator will ideate, produce, and feature in social-first content, collaborating directly with agency and client teams. This position is ideal for a beauty-obsessed social native who lives and breathes trends, platform culture, and creator-style storytelling—and wants to help build a brand from the inside.

Hybrid Schedule:

• 1 day per week at the client office (Kingston)
• 2 days per week at agency office (also in Greater London)
• 2 days per week WFH

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, create, and produce organic social content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Feature on-camera as a key face of the brand’s social identity.
• Drive end-to-end content creation, from ideation to filming to editing.
• Lead art direction for your own shoots and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Write platform-native copy and captions that reflect the brand’s tone and engage audiences.
• Use design tools (e.g., Photoshop, mobile creator tools) to create and refine visual assets.
• Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent, timely delivery of content.
• Participate in community management, including “Comments as Creative,” engaging audiences in a brand-building way.
• Collaborate regularly with internal agency teams and the embedded client team to deliver against social content priorities.
• Stay up to date with beauty trends, algorithm shifts, and cultural moments to inform and improve content output.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Proven experience in the beauty category (creator, influencer, or content producer)
• Deep platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and organic social ecosystems.
• Ability and willingness to appear on-camera and be part of the brand’s social presence.
• Comfortable working at client-side once a week
• Strong skills in:

-Creative ideation & concepting

-Copywriting

-Content editing

-Shoot art direction

-Design / Photoshop / creator tools

-Organization & project management

- Demonstrated understanding of platform culture, trends, and audience behaviors.

Ideal:

• Experience with FMCG or high-volume content environments.
• Experience collaborating with or managing influencers/talent.
