HPO Technologies is looking for a highly organised, proactive Customer Success & Operations Associate to support our work with key UK defence clients. If you’re reliable, detail-driven, and thrive in structured, hands-on operational roles, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in keeping our delivery smooth and consistent—coordinating client updates, supporting onboarding and day-to-day success activities, managing content and workflows, and helping validate new product features.
Working closely with our account lead, product, engineering, and QA teams, you’ll ensure our platform meets client expectations and that operational processes run to a high standard.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys methodical work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow within a product-led environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Account & Client Support
- Support daily operations for UK MOD accounts
- Log, track, and coordinate client requests and updates
- Respond to queries and ensure timely follow-up
Customer Success Delivery
- Monitor usage and support client onboarding
- Maintain documentation and organised workflows
Platform & Operational Support
- Upload and manage platform content with accuracy
- Support QA of new feature releases and validate functionality
- Coordinate internally across product, engineering, and operations
- Identify, log, and track issues through to resolution
General Team Support
- Provide flexible support across Customer Success and Operations as needed

- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing repetitive operational tasks with consistency
- Clear and confident communicator
- Experience with content management, admin, or product support
- Familiarity with digital platforms (preferred)
- Quick learner who works methodically through checklists and QA processes
