• Infrastructure including moveable bridges, flood defences and rail systems
• Nuclear handling for Sellafield, NRS, EDF and Urenco
• Defence handling for Babcock, BAE and Rolls Royce
• Royal Navy vessels including the Queen Elizabeth Class carriers

About the Graduate Academy

You’ll rotate across key departments, each placement designed to stretch your skills and build your technical and professional capability.

You’ll be part of live delivery teams, contributing to high-profile projects, with:

• Tailored technical and professional training
• Support towards professional accreditation or chartership

Who we’re looking for

For our September 2026 intake, we’re seeking graduates and placement year students from:

Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or Business degrees with an interest in Project Management.

You’ll need to show:

• Self-motivation and tenacity
• Strong technical ability
• Alignment with our values: Brave, Adaptable, Respectful

Please note: Some of our projects require security clearance set by our clients or UK Government regulations. Eligibility for certain levels of clearance may be restricted based on nationality or residency criteria. We will discuss project-specific requirements with candidates during the recruitment process.
