Head of Product – North America, Indian Subcontinent & Middle East

Hybrid - 2 days in the office


About the Role


Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead and evolve key regions within their long-haul portfolio: North America, Indian Subcontinent, and Middle East.


Reporting to the Director of Product, Purchasing & Operations, you will own the strategic direction, development, and performance of a high-profile segment of their product range, specifically focusing on escorted tours.


This is a unique opportunity to shape a customer-loved product category, ensuring it delivers exceptional experiences, strong commercial results, and stands out in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and execute the strategic vision for your product areas.
  • Drive product development, pricing strategies, and supplier negotiations.
  • Lead a team to deliver compelling, profitable, and differentiated travel experiences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to maintain a leading position.
  • Collaborate with international DMCs and manage direct contracting.
  • Experience in touring is essential as part of this role.


About You


  • Proven experience in travel product management (North America experience is essential), with touring products.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
  • Skilled in product development, pricing, and supplier negotiations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of UK travel consumer behaviour
  • Familiarity with ATOL, ABTA, and industry regulations.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and committed to personal growth.
