Value Creation Professional - Private Equity

Asset Partners is partnering with a global private equity fund to appoint an experienced Portfolio Value Creation professional to help accelerate growth and portfolio performance.

Role:

• Partner with management teams to design and deliver value creation plans.
• Drive commercial, operational, and strategic improvement initiatives.
• Track portfolio performance and ensure alignment with the investment thesis.
• Manage external advisors and collaborate with the investment team post-deal.
• Opportunity to sit within the private equity team itself or directly within a portfolio company

Requirements:

• 5-10 years experience in consulting, operations, or private equity portfolio management.
• Proven track record in delivering measurable growth and transformation.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with a hands-on approach.
• Experience working within the consumer sector is beneficial
• Skilled at working with C-suite and investors to drive results.
