Job Title: Employment Senior Associate / Partner

Salary: Excellent Salary (dependent on experience level) plus Competitive Benefits

Location: Manchester / Hybrid (up to 2 days remote)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Employment Associate / Partner to lead and grow a Manchester-based Employment Law team. This role is suited to an ambitious lawyer with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the confidence to develop a high-profile presence in the local market.

The Role

You will:

• Lead and expand the Employment offering in Manchester
• Advise HR teams, boards, and senior executives on the full range of employment matters
• Handle complex Employment Tribunal litigation
• Drive business development and build a strong professional network
• Support and mentor junior team members

A clear pathway to partnership is available for the right candidate.

About You

✔ 10+ years’ PQE

✔ Experience advising corporate clients and handling tribunal litigation

✔ Strong BD skills and a Manchester network

✔ Confident, strategic, and commercially minded

✔ Comfortable taking ownership of a growing practice

• Clients in contentious and complex Tribunal matters
