Position: Sheet Metal Worker – Glasgow

£38,662 (plus potential 33% shift allowance)

Flexible Shifts: Day, Back, Night & Weekend

Perks: Competitive pension & enhanced annual leave

Shift Patterns:

• Mon–Thu: Day 07:00–16:30 | Back 14:00–23:30 | Night 20:30–06:00
• Fri–Sun: Weekend 07:00–19:30

Overtime Rates:

• Mon–Thu: 1⅓x
• Fri: 1.5x first 4 hrs, 2x thereafter
• Sat: 1.5x | Sun: 2x

What you’ll need:

• Modern Apprenticeship / Trade Papers
• SHE Induction, COSHH & Working at Height certification
• Confidence working at height and in confined spaces
• Experience in major construction or manufacturing
