About the job
As a founding member of our Business Development function, your role will be to capitalise upon your experience of engaging with enterprise businesses to build top-of-funnel opportunities with large Advertisers.
Your role will be to identify, prospect and nurture senior stakeholders on the benefits that our solutions can deliver. Building a great customer experience and rapport from the outset.
What You'll Do
- Accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, feedback, and customer obsession for strategic accounts
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on narrating our value proposition
- You are customer-focused, organized and successful at navigating objections through value-driven messaging
- Great at prospecting using value-driven messaging personalised to delight our customers using email, social, video and calling
- Build the pipeline in partnership with the Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams
- Strategic Planning and Execution: you will be developing long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Market Analysis and Insights: you will be conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Relationship Management & mapping: you will focus on building strong partnerships with key accounts globally, building lasting relationships
- Develop in-depth understanding of customer's organisation, business goals and challenges to better understand their needs
- Work with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Additional Prospecting Tools
- Hybrid working with minimum 3 days per week in the London office
More About You
- You are a self-motivated, articulate, creative individual with an interest in the advertisement landscape
- Highly results-driven, with evidence of previous success in a similar role
- Take accountability for owning top of funnel activities, from approach to execution.
- Concise and trustworthy communicator. Speaking to senior business leaders comes naturally to you.
- Keen to take on responsibility and build a new business function, with your recommendations formulating our strategy
- An interest in the Artificial Intelligence space and understanding of basic concepts
- Able to adapt your approach to navigate shifts in product or commercial development
- Background in Martech is a plus but not essential
- Experience: 1+ years of prospecting experience
- Open to traveling domestically and internationally for events/engagements
We offer a base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) and a very competitive commission structure.
