An award-winning communications company is seeking a motivated Editor to lead content creation for training and educational materials. This is a hands-on role with scope to influence strategy, manage projects end-to-end, and develop the next generation of editorial talent.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Writing, editing, and adapting content across digital, video, and print platforms

✔ Planning and commissioning content from expert writers and managing the editorial workflow

✔ Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure content meets strategic requirements

✔ Collaborating with designers and agencies on innovative digital media projects

✔ Providing day-to-day guidance, feedback, and support to junior editorial staff

✔ Overseeing administrative tasks and supporting the wider editorial team

What You’ll Bring ✅

✨ At least 2 years’ journalistic or creative writing experience, ideally with communications exposure

✨ Strong digital expertise and confidence in working with designers and agencies

✨ Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

✨ Clear and confident communication skills, with experience liaising with senior stakeholders

✨ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, XD)

✨ Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Projects) is desirable
