Our client, a city based industry leading Financial Services firm, currently seek a PMO to join their transformation management team on a permanent


Role Purpose:


  • Support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects and change initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, project leads, and the central transformation team
  • Play a key role in portfolio monitoring, reporting, governance, and insight.
  • This role is well suited to someone with early-career experience in project management, PMO, or business analysis who is looking to develop breadth across enterprise-level change delivery.


Essential Candidate Experience:


  • 1-3 years experience as a PMO Analyst, Junior PMO Analyst or Project Coordinator
  • Experience in project management, PMO, business analysis, or a related discipline
  • RAID Management, highly analytical with sound MI reporting skills
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals including planning, scope, risk, progress tracking, and delivery

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the tracking and monitoring of the project portfolio and emerging initiatives
  • Engage with project leads to review status updates, highlighting key risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio and project status information
  • Prepare management information, analysis, and reporting materials for senior governance forums
  • Coordinate and track benefits realisation reporting against agreed timelines and measures
  • Support lessons learned analysis and continuous improvement of project delivery processes
  • Maintain core project documentation (e.g. RAID logs, project plans, initiation documents)
  • Support the upkeep of PMO/TMO templates, artefacts, and internal guidance materials
  • Promote project management best practice and provide guidance to project teams
  • Provide business analysis and PMO support to projects as required
  • Offer first-line support to project teams when needed
