We are working with a leading consultancy firm based in Belfast for a Lawyer to join their Financial Services team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing Financial Services team, responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating a broad range of lending documentation, including bilateral and syndicated loan agreements, security packages, and related documents.

The Lawyer will support clients and offer insights into financial services regulations, while also helping clients by harnessing the latest technology. The candidate will be willing to engage with stakeholders for business development initiatives, help build client relationships, while also supporting junior members of the firm.

Essential Criteria:

• 2+ years’ PQE;
• Financial services law background;
• LMA documentation, loan agreements, and lending experience;
• Technically excellent;
• Ability to handle tight deadlines;
• Drafting abilities;
• Willingness to mentor junior members of the firm;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Strong communication skills.
