Finance & Operations Assistant

JAKI is a fast-scaling London womenswear brand with a global customer base. We design refined, flattering collections with a focus on Italian-made quality and timeless style.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Finance & Operations Assistant to help keep our financial and operational systems running smoothly day-to-day. This is a hands-on role working directly with the founder and warehouse/operations team.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and reconcile Xero daily - clean, accurate books with no backlog
• Use A2X to ensure Shopify sales, refunds, fees and tax map correctly into Xero
• Prepare and track supplier invoices and support payment runs (GBP / EUR / USD)
• Work with the warehouse team to match deliveries, stock movements and purchase orders
• Help maintain SKU cost data and inventory accuracy across UK, US & EU locations
• Support month-end reconciliations and reporting schedules
• Pull weekly performance data from Shopify and Ads dashboards
• Help maintain ROAS / MER tracking sheets for weekly reporting
• Assist with general operational tasks to ensure workflows run smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Xero is essential
• Familiarity with Shopify and/or A2X is a strong advantage
• Preferably ACA or ACCA qualified
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and structured data (Excel / Sheets)
• Highly organised, accurate, and detail-focused
• Proactive problem-solver - you take ownership
• Able to work onsite in Bounds Green, London N11 (not remote)

Salary: Dependent on experience.
