Location: Ballarat, Victoria — just 1 hour from Melbourne City

Salary: AUD $80,000 – $100,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Relocation Package: AUD $5,000 + company vehicle provided for first 4 weeks

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop and implement personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide therapy, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation
• Support clients and families through education and practical strategies
• Contribute to professional development and quality initiatives

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
• Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration or eligibility to obtain
• HCPC registration and RCSLT membership (advantageous)
• Experience in healthcare or allied health settings (NDIS preferred)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience in swallowing assessments highly regarded
