This is a part-time Field Operations Supervisor role based on-site in Essex. The Field Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include supervising field staff, coordinating service delivery, addressing client needs, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement in operations. This role requires a hands-on approach with a focus on delivering exceptional quality service.

• Experience in Supervisory Skills and Field Operations to manage teams and tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Operations Management and Field Service coordination to ensure seamless service execution.
• Ability to prioritize and achieve high Customer Satisfaction through communication, organization, and issue resolution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an adaptable mindset to address dynamic field challenges effectively.
• Relevant certifications or training in operations or field management is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to liaise between teams and clients efficiently.
