Senior Leadership Opportunity, Design and Build

I’m supporting a leading Office Fit Out firm on a confidential senior hire. This is a rare chance to step into a top seat with full ownership of high value UK fit out projects.

You’ll oversee UK schemes up to £15m and lead a team of Project Managers, driving delivery, performance, and standards across the board. This needs someone who has operated at scale, knows how to manage big programmes, and can get the best out of a team.

Package is up to £170k plus bonus for the right person.
