Functional Assessor – WCA Role

Location: Lewes

Start Date: February 2026

Salary: £45,500 rising to £47,500 + 5% Training Completion Bonus

Contract: Full-Time

What you’ll do:

• Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals’ functional capability
• Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist,
• Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
