About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our UK team in High Wycombe. This role will be central to producing high-quality visual assets that support our global marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure our brand identity and design-led ethos are reflected across all communications.
This role is advertised as a full-time, on-site position. We believe in finding the best talent, so while this is our preference, we are genuinely open to discussing part-time hours or other flexible working arrangements for an exceptional candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce digital advertising assets for Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Pinterest campaigns.
- Create brochures, catalogues, and printed marketing materials consistent with brand guidelines.
- Develop social media content (static and motion graphics) to support global brand storytelling and product launches.
- Design and optimise Amazon A+ and brand store content, ensuring consistency with other digital channels.
- Support the creation of visual assets for email marketing, landing pages, and website content.
- Collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, and external agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a premium or design-led brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and best practices for Meta, Google, and Pinterest.
- Experience creating Amazon A+ content and adapting assets for e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Interest in fitness, design, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
