Paraplanner - £52,000 + Bonus – Cheltenham or Bristol / Hybrid

I'm currently representing a highly respected independent financial advice business who are looking for an Paraplanner to join either their Bristol or Cheltenham team.

You’ll be working directly alongside senior financial advisers, providing technical support and helping deliver outstanding client service. This role offers a mix of autonomy and collaboration, with the chance to get involved in complex cases covering investments, pensions, tax planning, and protection.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma qualified or working towards Chartered status
• Solid paraplanning experience, with strong technical knowledge
• Excellent report writing and research skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working closely with advisers and clients
