We are deeply embedded in the healthcare sector - from NHS trusts and mental health providers to medical device manufacturers, biotech, and clinical services organisations. Our solutions tackle real-world, high-impact challenges: digital front doors, patient access, AI-powered call triage, clinical workflow automation, and referral-to-placement journeys.
Our London office (near Liverpool Street) anchors a collaborative, delivery-focused culture where consultants, architects, developers, and commercial teams work together to solve meaningful problems.
Joining R3 means joining a company that is growing fast, investing heavily in AI, and is committed to developing the next generation of consultants, account managers, project managers, solution architects, and AI specialists.
We are hiring three ambitious SDRs to join our growing sales organisation. This is a perfect entry point into the world of Salesforce, AI, consulting, and digital transformation.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our consulting, implementation, and AI services. You will become an expert in our value proposition, understand the needs of potential clients, and create meaningful first conversations that open doors for our sales and advisory teams.
This role is highly collaborative — you will work closely with Marketing, Senior Consultants, Solution Architects, and our leadership team, gaining exposure to real projects and real customers from day one.
- Research companies, industry verticals, and key decision-makers across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Public Sector, and Technology.
- Develop a deep understanding of R3 Digital’s AI, Agentforce, Salesforce, Integration, and Advisory offerings.
- Learn our case studies, success stories, and value frameworks to confidently articulate our capabilities.
- Identify new opportunities via email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn and social selling.
- Tailor outreach using insights from research, industry trends, and Salesforce ecosystem developments.
- Support multi-touch campaigns, ABM programmes, and targeted vertical initiatives.
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally.
- Qualify prospects using agreed frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC-lite, or internal equivalents).
- Book introductory meetings for our Account Executives, Client Executives, or Senior Consultants.
- Work with Marketing to execute lead-generation campaigns, webinars, industry events, and Salesforce ecosystem initiatives.
- Attend R3 Digital and Salesforce events to network, generate leads, and build personal brand presence.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
- Prepare briefing notes for pre-sales consultants and senior colleagues.
- Follow opportunities through the pipeline and provide support where relevant.
- Ensure smooth handovers to sales, delivery, and consulting teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, reliable, and proactive.
- Genuine interest in AI, Salesforce, digital transformation, technology, or consulting.
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Experience with lead generation, SDR roles, or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other CRM systems.
- Understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Degree-level education.
Your experience is more than just a list of skills. If you believe you have the talent and drive to succeed in this role but don't meet every single point on the job description, we still encourage you to apply. We are dedicated to building a diverse team and value transferable skills and life experiences.
Within your first 12–24 months, you’ll build a foundation in:
- Salesforce Cloud offerings, including Sales, Service, Health Cloud, and Agentforce
- AI-powered solutions, including Agentic Workflows, Call Triage, and Automation
- Customer lifecycle across healthcare and life sciences
- Running discovery calls, qualifying opportunities, and supporting commercial workflows
- Working alongside consultants on real digital transformation programmes
- Building proposals, value propositions, and ROI models
- Understanding enterprise technology, integration, and data fundamentals
You will receive ongoing training, mentorship, Salesforce certifications, and access to senior leaders and architects.
We expect SDRs to progress into one of several pathways depending on personal strengths:

- Customer Success Manager – Ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.

- Learn directly from senior architects, consultants, and industry leaders.
- Fast, structured career progression into consulting, delivery, and account management.
- Be part of a friendly, collaborative, high-performance culture.
- London office near Liverpool Street with hybrid flexibility.
