Production Lead – High-Impact Campaigns
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
We’re looking for an outstanding Production Lead to join a fast-paced marketing production team delivering show-stopping campaigns for tier-one global brands.

What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of complex campaign delivery across OOH, experiential, print, and digital
- Collaborate with creative, engineering, fabrication, and installation teams to achieve world-class results
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with precision
- Act as a trusted client partner, building strong relationships and ensuring expectations are exceeded
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all production processes
- Mentor and inspire your team to deliver excellence every time
