Are you an experienced finance professional looking to join a reputable, friendly business where no two days are the same?

Our client, based in Burton-upon-Trent, is seeking a hands-on Accounts Supervisor to join their small, dedicated finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has strong all-round transactional finance experience, and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in finance processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide cover for colleagues and undertake additional tasks as required to support the wider finance function.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in transactional finance, including sales ledger, credit control, and reconciliations. Payroll experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach, suited to working in a small, collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their finance career within a supportive, well-respected organisation.
