Job Title: CNC Miller – 3 & 5 Axis (Fanuc) – Day Shift

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + Annual Bonus

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

A precision engineering company supplying the motorsport, automotive, defence, and aerospace sectors is looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role operating modern 3- and 5-axis CNC machines with Fanuc controllers on a day shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 5-axis milling machines using Fanuc controllers
• Operate 3-axis CNC machines using Fanuc controllers
• Block up and prepare materials for machining
• Follow production schedules set by the Shop Floor Manager
• Perform in-process quality checks and ensure high standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week, day shift
• Flexible hours, but no earlier start than 07:00

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
• Background in pattern making or precision manufacturing (automotive or motorsport preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Good problem-solving ability and time management
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
