The Studio


Founded just over a decade ago this studio are consistently winning awards and this year were nominated over eight times at the Restaurant & Bar Awards. Current projects include a hotel in Paris, sites in New York and Rabat for a restaurant group and several restaurants in London.


The studio is well known for the development they offer with several of their senior designers having joined them as juniors.


The Opportunity


You will play a key role in delivering high-standard drawing packages, ensuring technical accuracy and quality throughout every stage to bring the concept to life. You will collaborate with the team on design concepts, focusing on spatial relationships and the layered complexities of interior design. Responsibilities will also include research, space planning, FF&E specification, and creating FF&E and material schedules, all with a focus on functionality and aesthetic cohesion.


Under the guidance of an Associate, you’ll lead key elements of projects, with opportunities for site visits to ensure the design vision is realised.


The Candidate


  • Strong experience leading the development of mid sized schemes
  • Experience researching, curating, and specifying appropriate finishes that support the design narrative, considering aesthetic, functional, and budgetary factors
  • Experience developing hospitality FF&E packages, from furniture layouts to lighting selections and bespoke joinery suitable for high-use environments
  • Understanding of operational requirements specific to hospitality spaces, including back-of-house workflows, circulation, and guest experience considerations
  • Proven ability to produce comprehensive, high-quality AutoCAD drawings that meet studio standards
  • Experience managing the flow of drawings and design documentation
  • Active participation in internal design meetings and creative reviews, with the confidence to articulate design ideas
  • Experience with site visits
