Operations Intern

Shop Circle is looking for an Operations Intern in City of London

Job description

Location: London (On-site)

About Shop Circle

Shop Circle is one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI-driven software groups, on a mission to power the infrastructure of modern enterprises.

Backed by more than $150M in funding, the company has completed 16 acquisitions in just four years, building a portfolio of mission-critical software that is redefining how businesses work, scale, and stay ahead.

At Shop Circle, we embed AI-powered tools directly into the core of business operations, making work faster, smarter, and truly future-ready. Today, more than 140,000 companies, from lean SMBs to global enterprises, rely on our tools to run their most essential operations every day.

We’re now looking for a proactive, organised Operations Intern to support our London office and help keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring the space runs smoothly

• Supporting administrative tasks, scheduling, and basic reporting

• Coordinating deliveries, office supplies, and general logistics

• Assisting with onboarding processes and internal team support

• Helping organise internal events, meetings, and activities

• Providing ad-hoc operational support across the business

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive, positive, get-things-done attitude

• Ability to handle multiple small tasks at once

• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset

• Based in London and able to work from the office

Experience (nice to have, not required):

• Previous experience in an office, retail, hospitality, or admin role

• Experience coordinating tasks or logistics

• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

• Involvement in organising events, societies, or group activities

Why Work With Us

• You’ll learn fast and gain hands-on experience in a high-growth tech environment.

• Direct exposure to real operational work, not busywork or coffee runs.

• Close collaboration with experienced leaders and cross-functional teams.

• A supportive, ambitious culture that values ownership and initiative.

• A strong launchpad for future roles in operations, HR, admin, or business management.

• Opportunity to build practical skills and a professional network in London’s tech ecosystem.

If this sounds like you or someone you know, we’d love to hear from you!
