Head of Change Management

Job description

We’re looking for a Head of Business Change to drive strategic transformation across the pensions trustee business. This is your opportunity to lead complex change initiatives, shape the future of the organisation, and make a real impact. London, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and deliver our change management strategy.

• Oversee a portfolio of projects from planning to implementation.

• Build strong relationships with trustees, board members, and partners.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team.

• Ensure compliance, manage risks, and drive innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Senior experience in change or program management within pensions or financial services.

• Proven track record in business transformation and product launches.

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (TPR, FCA).

• Professional qualifications (APM, PMP, Prince2) desirable.
