Salary: £150,000 – £200,000 base + 20% bonus + equity options (depending on experience)

As VP of Client Relationships, you will take the lead in driving the commercial success of the firm’s first institutional fund. This launch is a critical milestone intended to set the tone for future growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage high-value relationships with Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices, Institutional Investors, and sophisticated Bitcoin-native investors globally

• Clearly articulate the firm’s unique Bitcoin-native, low-counterparty-risk investment strategy to traditional and digital-asset allocators

• Secure initial commitments and drive early traction through targeted outreach and professional marketing

• Design and implement scalable sales, onboarding, and client-servicing frameworks for current and future funds

• Work side-by-side with the founding team to refine fund positioning, set ambitious sales targets, and shape investor communications

• Grow into a senior leadership role as AUM scales and innovative new products are brought to market


Qualifications:

• Proven institutional capital-raising track record with >£100m AUM raised (family office / institutional allocations in hedge funds, alternatives, or digital assets)

• Existing network among professional allocators, digital-asset funds, and high-net-worth Bitcoin investors

• Deep interest in and understanding of Bitcoin, including mining economics, Lightning Network, layer-2 solutions, and self-custodial principles

• Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives around yield-generating, low-counterparty-risk Bitcoin strategies

• Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-conviction environment

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, CAIA, or relevant Series qualifications a plus
