As a volunteer Mentor Champion, you will guide young people to take their first confident step into the workplace through shared experience and authentic support.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Mentor young people across our national programmes

✅ Join Open Your Doors Day 2026 and future mentoring events

✅ Share your career story to increase confidence and representation

✅ Post your Key Tile and invite others to Pass the Key

✅ Help grow the mentor community across industries
