Requirements for the role:

• 5+ Years of Agency Interim Recruitment/ Search experience
• Strong Interim Track record, PE exposure is preferred but not necessary
• Management experience/Desire to Grow a practice
• Ambitious, hungry & extremely collaborative

Higher Group are partnering with one of my closest clients, to help them on a crucial Head of Interim Management hire.

Since the early 2000's, they've serviced MidCap, LargeCap and Consulting firms on C-Suite, Partner & Functional Leadership hires across the UK, US & Europe. Establishing a brilliant track record and reputation both internally and externally.

The firm is the crown jewel within a wider Group, set for an event in 2030, which you would earn significantly from. Top performers are Most Partners are £1.2mn+ with the top performer north of £2mn.

• Interim infrastructure in place ( Umbrella payroll, Back office support, Timestamps etc)

In this role, you'll work closely with the current Partner team, initially picking up the high volume of senior Interim work across their clientele, with an avg Day rate of £1500-£1800 per day of inbound roles being given to the team despite there not being an interim lead in place.

The Package:

• Base to £120k + Sign on & Y1 Guarantee
• 50% of all billings as take home- £1mn=£500k Take
• Shares- Wealth Creation event in 2030
• 2 Days WFH & 1/2 Day Fridays
• Budget to hire & scale from day 1
